Artist and creator under the Instagram handle @forgivemefatherforiamsin is donating 10% of all of her proceeds from her art sales to go towards FGM/C Reconstructive Surgery mission trips in Kenya and is also welcoming any additional generous donations from people that want to give to the cause.
Through S!N's art practice online and in person art shows/ exhibitions, @forgivemefatherforiamsin will raise awareness about FGM/C and educate the public on what they can do to end FGM/C. 10% of the art sales will be donated to FGM/C mission trips for Dr. Angela Deane and her medical team. The artwork that is available for sale range anywhere from 2D to 3D artwork and @forgivemefatherforiamsin will also do commissions upon request. The artwork is conceptually based on feminist notions expressed through sculptures, prints, greeting cards, paintings, stickers and other home décor items like plant holders for inside and outside of the house and more.
